We build EZ RAMP to be strong, reliable, and easy to use — and we stand behind it.
EZ RAMP products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year / 12 months from the date of purchase.
If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the product, at our option.
What’s Covered: Manufacturing defects. Structural components when the product is used as intended.
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or accidents. Damage from exceeding recommended weight limits. Cosmetic issues that don’t affect performance. Damage caused by ice, flooding, or extreme weather.
How to Make a Claim: If you think there’s a warranty issue, just reach out to us — we’ll make it easy. Please have your proof of purchase handy and contact us at:www.ezramp.ca or [your email]. Photos of the issue are helpful and may speed things up.
